They're very rich in antioxidants and dietary fibers which help reduce the chances of developing cancers, diabetes and heart problems such as heart attacks. There's so many ways to enjoy apples baked or even raw on a salad what's not worth buying a couple from the fresh produce area?!

These cool forest looking plants are high is dietary fibers, Vitamin E and B6 it's perfect with light ranch dressing or cooked in a stir fry oh and ladies it helps fight off those smile lines we call wrinkles that's a for sure win win since I have them around my eyes and I'm only 24 years old!

Oh ladies one of our favorite words unless you're more of a hard candy fan chocolate is actually very good for you within moderation and depending on the type you consume. Lindt chocolate is the best brand I've ever purchased the higher percentage of Cacao the better it is for you and the darker it is not to say lower percentages aren't good for you but be warned the higher the number the more bitter it is. Dark Chocolate is a high source of antioxidants has chances of lowering high blood pressure and Cardiovascular Disease with so many benefits on top of these it's a great snack of on a long drive or at work and you don't want works food don't forget the milk!
5. Pumpkin Seeds
Not many people like these shelled seeds but I am one who does especially salted when I'm on a long drive or don't feel like running anywhere or cooking these seeds are a great snack and good for you here's why. These tiny shell seeds are packing a healthy punch from Magnesium to proteins and copper they also have a healthy plant compound called Phytosterol which gives an added healthy boost. For a snack that gives you that added boost and comes in many flavors to do so you just can't beat healthy seeds.
